SI-3 Garage Facility Assessment
OECIS performed a visual condition assessment walk-through and survey of the DSNY District SI-3 Garage and Boro Repair shop located on Muldoon Avenue in Staten Island, New York. The purpose of this condition assessment walk-through and survey was to document existing deficient conditions of the existing structure that are in need remediation/repair.
